Site Specific Setup
Working closely with our customers to address their exact business requirements we were surprised to learn how different one guest service location can be from another. We created a site specific functionality table designed specifically to address these differences.
As part of a new location install, specific site setup information is necessary in order to set the parameters that control the functionality of the new site. For example some guest service locations cannot do gifting transactions but can do pre-gifting transactions while others cannot do either. Some guest service locations near the turnpike specialize in hotel room night bookings while others do not.
Currently there are 52 site specific options that determine the functionality of each location and more can be added to meet your exact requirements.
